Manage policy and compliance for Employee and Labor Relations area. Serve as the escalation point on policy and process. Assist in reviewing Business Ethics Line matters and conducting investigations. Identify need for new policies due to changing business needs and legislative changes. Action compliance related issues in coordination with employees.
Coach line managers and career counselors, enable them to guide employees, facilitate engagement, people programs and activities. Provide advisory support to MDs. Manage employee life cycle activities i.e. employee orientation, integration and engagement activities, Performance Achievement, PIP and associated compensation processes. Develop and execute employee satisfaction initiatives. Handle employee concerns and queries by promoting HR contact center as first point of contact.
English – Advanced / Bilingual
Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience (it is preferred that they have lived and/or worked in NA)
Experience in the resolution of conflicts
Graduated of Human Resources / Business Management related discipline or graduated from Law School but interested in Labor relations
