BNP Paribas Cardif. We are looking for professionals with a degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration or related fields, with at least 5 years of
experience in similar positions, strong background in Payroll & Labour
Relations and advanced English.
The position reports directly to the area management for Argentina, Chile and
Peru.
The objective of the role is to support the Human Resources team in various
activities and reports to be implemented, including operational and technical
payroll procedures, incident reports, vacancy control, among others, in order to
comply with local labor regulations.
The role represents the opportunity to add in a mid—term to your knowledge in
the hard skill Human Resources areas like Payroll, soft skill areas like Training
or Compensation & Benefits.
