We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sr. Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our People & Administration Team. In this position, you will be expected to collaborate on HOKALI’s growth
Duties and Responsibilities
Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, universities, job boards, social media, and networking events.
Participate in conducting interviews, either as the primary interviewer or in collaboration with other team members, to assess candidates’ fit for roles and organizational culture.
Prepare and present reports on interview outcomes, candidate assessments, and other relevant aspects of the selection process to hiring managers and senior leadership.
Evaluate and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate experience.
Manage recruitment tools and Employer Branding to streamline the hiring process and maintain accurate records.
Communicate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand business’ needs, provide updates on recruitment progress, and offer insights on market conditions.
Requisitos
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Graduated or advanced student in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar areas.
Advanced english skills both writing and speaking (mandatory)
Experience handling multiple selection processes at the same time.
Experience conducting individual and group evaluations.
Experience leading a small team of sourcers or recruiters and working for recruitment agencies/consultancy firms it’s a plus.
Experience using and documenting on CRM platforms it´s a plus.
Self-motivated and with a start-up mindset, eager to learn and independent.
Strong connection to sports it´s a plus.
