What you must bring to the table:
At least 1 year of documented experience as a recruiter.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English (essential).
A self-motivated, results-driven approach.
A Great Plus:
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
