Source and attract top talent in IT and digital skill roles using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and job boards.
Conduct technical and cultural interviews to assess candidate fit.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver exceptional candidates.
Maintain and update the candidate database in Zoho Recruit, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (Zoho Recruit preferred), and job boards.
Familiarity with IT technologies, including programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Fluent in English (B2-C1 level preferred).
