With annual sales for 309 MDD in Mexico, Novartis Mexico has signed 06 agreements with Healthcare Institutes to provide High Specialty treatments to patients for improve and extend their lives.
Your Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
– Staffing: Support TAS process (recruitment, systems and processes) to ensure that diverse talent with the required proficiencies and skills. Be responsible for the internal talent pool within Novartis, and give to build the staffing completion of the team. Ensure that Novartis has the right people in the right jobs, following the policies and procedures.
– On-boarding: Give support to HRBPs in the on boarding for Argentina cross-divisional & on boarding by function for Pharma Business Unit.
– Culture: Support cultural change: VN & ambassador program, annual events as women day, children day, secretary day, end year celebration, and special events.
– HR processes: Lead HR Core Processes, optimizing the circuit. Ensure adherence to local labor and employment law and, when necessary, handle labor relations. Ensure execution and adherence to NVS HR principles, practices and policies, and be the RE Office specialist on all administrative. Audit compliance and initiate corrective measures in case of deviations.
– Support in key project in the area.
– Labor Law: Is knowledgeable on employment regulations and individual local labor law. To assure that all process are implemented according to Novartis policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). To ensure that every person under my charge, included myself, fulfills all the practices, programs and procedures related to the protection of Health, Safety and Environment. Actively participate in the HSE Management System including, inform immediately the risks to health and the environment, technical faults in equipments and/or in the workplace, HSE events, attend to trainings and/or meetings, report problems and recommend improvements.
Minimum requirements
– University degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Business Administration
– Proficient English
– 1/2 years of experience in similar roles
