We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our Human Resources department on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This position is open to candidates based in Uruguay or Argentina.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and be able to contribute to building strong talent pipelines for our company’s hiring needs.
Responsibilities
Source candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
Conduct screening calls, assessments, and interviews.
Manage candidate information, including resumes, contact details, and status, using our recruitment software.
Generate reports on the candidates evaluated.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.
Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with potential business opportunities.
Requisitos
At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, resume databases, and professional networks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced English language skills.
Based in Uruguay or Argentina.
