Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the end-to-end data and testing for the Workday Payroll module. This involves performing functional data validation, conducting functional testing tasks, and providing support for integration testing, ensuring alignment with the design of Workday modules and ABB’s future HR Payroll processes.
The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the HR function in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Supporting the execution of testing strategy, test planning, test case scenarios, and successfully navigating test execution to ensure functional design requirements are met.
• Provide expertise and support the integration testing within the functional team, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between Workday and other integrated systems.
• Provide on-demand reports related to business processes where required.
• Performing workstream deliverables according to program timelines and budget
• Accountable for the end-to-end operations, delivering high-quality results delivering globally agreed performance standards.
• Supports cross-collaboration within HR Services operations and other HR functions to optimize processes and tools and therewith promote synergies.
• Executes and delivers HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility.
Qualifications for the role
You have 6-8 years of experience in HR Payroll and accounting. Experience with external payroll providers is desirable.
Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Labor Relations, or Administration.
You are highly skilled in HR Payroll processes and the global HR transformation market.
Possess an enhanced knowledge of Workday and have previously participated in implementation projects.
You are at ease communicating in English fluently (mandatory).
You are passionate about working on projects in global environments and enjoy transforming HR processes
