The North America Benefits Specialist will support benefit activities for both the US and Canada. The Specialist will assist with activities related to the various phases of acquisitions and transitions business transactions related to the due diligence and implementation phases.
Prepares benefit cost comparison analysis for acquisitions and transitions to help determine if benefit gap solutioning is warranted and completes benefit comparison templates for acquisitions and transitions.
Conducts ad-hoc analyses as required, supports in assigned tasks timely and with attention to detail to ensure work accuracy.
Experience in benefits administration is not required, but strongly preferred (especially familiarity with benefit plans for US)

University degree/ Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced level of English (written and oral)
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years overall
2-3 years of previous experience either in HR/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits
