The role
Kin + Carta is looking to hire a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to create talent pipelines for the Talent Acquisition team. You will be working alongside the Talent Acquisition team to ensure we are working cohesively and bringing in the best talent to K+C.
The ideal candidate has a passion for research, engaging with people and being an ambassador for a global digital transformation consulting firm. The Sourcing team is the primary source of candidates for the Talent Acquisition team. Sourcers leverage sites like LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing technologies to build active and future candidate pipelines.
Role responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and expand your database of prospects that meet the company’s current and future business hiring needs
Maintain a high level understanding of Kin + Carta’s value proposition, key differentiators, company goals, technologies, and client success stories
Create a partnership with the Recruiters and become a trusted source for quality candidates
Meet or exceed monthly individual and team sourcing goals
Build talent pipelines and engage with exceptional talent to join Kin + Carta for our Technology, Delivery, and Creative practices
Create and own the best practices around sourcing talented individuals – this is a new team, we are looking for someone to help shape our best practices

Driven to succeed and grow is required
Prominent organization, communication and time management skills
Detail oriented and analytical
A desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Proven ability to research, leverage boolean searches, and effectively engage with people
Preferred qualifications
A 4-year degree is desired
A strong understanding of enterprise IT concepts and emerging technology is desired, but not required
Experience with an ATS (we use Greenhouse)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
