We seek a Talent Development Senior Level who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers’ personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

Fluent English (B2 – Upper Intermediate)

Being flexible & goal oriented with an agile mindset

Knowledge of talent development practices and programs.

Strategic thinking: Turn insights into concrete development plans that strengthen critical business capabilities.
Data-driven decision making: Leverage metrics and analytics to support proposals and measure effectiveness.

Business proximity: Stay close to strategic priorities and align talent development initiatives with business goals.
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with leaders, managers, and diverse stakeholders, gaining visibility and impact across the organization.
Process analysis: Contribute to shaping talent strategies and analyzing key processes such as performance retrospectives, FFL, potential assessments, and promotion cycles.

Have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience

Enjoy solving problems and have a data-driven mindset.
