In addition to managing a team of recruiters, the Talent Acquisition Lead is expected to execute recruiting strategies that involve candidate pipeline management, monitoring recruitment procedures from sourcing to hiring, and building a strong employer brand that will enable the Center to attract top talents as an employer of choice.
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication)
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans
Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Measure key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire, conversion rates, and time-to-fill, in order to create actionable plans that can address opportunities areas that need to be improved
Actively promote the Center as a great place to work, building our “PwC brand” with potential hires
Continuously building and managing a diverse pool of outstanding candidates for current and future potential positions
Develop systems to further assess likely performance for prospective new hires based on assessment results/scores
Qualifications:
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in the related field, preferably in recruitment operations. Good understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social media/networks)
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition manager or similar role
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Must have in confidence in working with senior leaders, and be able to provide insights on the ground to gain alignment on strategic priorities
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, to present complex topics in a clear and concise manner to audiences at various levels of the organization and the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficient in using data as a basis to drive discussions, propose change and decision-making.
