Job Purpose:
This is an Hybrid Position (1 day at the office) based in Martinez, Buenos Aires. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for assessment of potential candidates for Senior, Middle Management, specialists and analysts roles roles as a part of Global Talent Acquisition Community at Givaudan and ensure that the process is fair, and efficient.
Main responsibilities:
Implement sourcing & evaluation strategies by collaborating with Local HR and external vendors, as applicable and following assigned scope
Ensure the interview material such as interview questionnaire, interview panel selection, no. of rounds are all confirmed in advance to ensure efficient and fair evaluation process; ensure interview panel undergoes training for consistency in recruitment process
Collaborate with the other team members assisting Global TA Team to ensure seamless process execution for Talent Acquisition
Solve issues and provide solutions by collecting and analysing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change.
Develop recruitment plans by assessing and discussing requirements with hiring managers and determining selec-tion of the most appropriate recruiting tool to source candidates in compliance with Givaudan guidelines
Align the activities performed by the TA Sourcer and TA Coordinator (where applicable) for a smooth delivery following agreed targets
Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy
Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to hiring managers and HR to attract high-quality candidates
Ensure efficient recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience alongside our managers, adapting recruitment processes to ensure effectiveness and compliance
Understand talent supply and demand dynamics in main markets, review hiring needs and develop sourcing plan
Networking
Engage with third-party candidate assessment agencies and and ensure they meet Service level agreements and Pis
Collaborate across Global TA to ensure the recruitment process is compliant with our philosophy and policies
Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations
Be an escalation point for process / system issues and questions following the GBS HR Service Management Framework
Keep regular contact with relevant hiring managers, internal and external stakeholders (candidates, third party vendors)
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effectiveness of job descriptions (following the global EVP and Better Balance guidelines), main required attributes and competencies for the role, as aligned with selected interviewing team assignments.
Improvements
Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendation to seniors on improvement opportunities

Guide or participate in assigned projects
You?
College or University degree in Human Resources, Psicology or related field
7+ years of experience in recruitment
Fluent English
Knowledge of Portuguese (desired)
