Requirements:
– Fluency in both Spanish and English.
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or in Business Administration
– 3/5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter, with a strong track record of sourcing tech and non-tech profiles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
– Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate information.
– Have experience in the start-up world. We’d love for someone to have the sharp skill set needed for this hands-on role in our very dynamic environment.
