We’re looking for a **Talent & Operations Analyst** to join our fast-paced startup and be part of our growth journey! This is a hands-on role where you’ll dive into the full recruiting cycle, from finding top talent to closing job offers.

– **Leverage Data & Metrics:** Use recruitment metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and optimize our hiring process.

**Qualifications:**

– **Advanced English Proficiency** – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– **Education** – Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
– **No Experience** – No prior experience required, but any previous experience in HR or startups is highly valued.
– **Skills** – Strong communication, interpersonal abilities, organization, and time management.
– **Personal Traits** – Self-motivated, positive, eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to teamwork.
