Administrative Support: Assist with updating employee records, maintaining databases, and processing paperwork related to HR functions.
Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, assist with employee satisfaction initiatives, and help resolve minor conflicts or issues.
Data Management: Collect and analyze HR data, prepare reports on employee turnover, performance evaluations, and benefits utilization.
Event Coordination: Support the organization of company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
