The Opportunity
The main objective of the HRBP Manager is to lead and to act as an strategic partner in all Human Resources related matters, managing and anticipating people’s needs, assuring the implementation of talent management strategies, performance management processes, employee strategies, business transformation and productivity processes, in order to enable the people capabilities needed to achieve Argentina AOP and SBP.
Leads cultural behaviors deployment and alignment across both countries, in order to achieve the Company vision and offer a value added support to managers and employees, with the objective of achieving the best employee value proposition.
Responsible of the continious improvement, taking care of the interests of the Company, strengthening relations with the union end to end and creating adequate working conditions, with the aim of facilitating the deployment of business needs according to law.

As HR Manager your scope will consist of…
Manages People Agenda for all Argentina ee´s, influencing and advincing in all people related matters, with the objective of orienting and informing of core people processes, aligned to HR policies and processes anticipating future business needs.
Responsible for Labor Agenda, (1 labor local HC to Support strategy and day to day follow up)
Leads People Management Processes with internal clients, assuring correct implementation for all ee´s with OD support (360°, MPW, NEXTGEN, FIRSTGEN, INSPIRA, Coaching and Mentoring, People Planning Process, Culture Transformation and Organizational Health, etc).
Responsible of the accomplishment of Argentina AOP.
Works in strong collaboration with Managers and Employees with the objective of assuring desired productivity targets and talent retation, bringing support to Managers in an efficient Organizational Design and continuous structures optimization.
Responsible of analysis all FL variable compensation models with TR support in order to be aligned with business needs. If changes are necc
Provides advice in training detection needs, supporting learning team, assuring needs are adressed within the anual training program and aligned with business priorities.
Responsible for the selection & recruitment process for both Uruguay and Paraguay, assuring each position is filled according to business needs and talent development/bench pipeline.
Responsible for Focal Point Process with support of Total Rewards team, to assure transparency, equity and budget alignment.
Leads all HR internal audits.
Support internal clients in the analysis and preparation of job descriptions and Business Cases for salary and structure proposals.
Responsible for the correct management of people movements and structure changes (reporting dependecies, promotions, lateral moves, changes in HeadCount, etc).
Supports and collaborates with the correct implementation of Benefits among employees.
Leads Change Management and Cultural Transformation agenda with collaboration of specialist areas.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
Complete University Studies (Must)
Proficient in English and Spanish.
At least 8 years of experience as HR GeneralistLocal Labor Knowledge
