At Mining TAG Chile, we are looking for our new HR SENIOR BUSINESS PARTNER. For this to happen excellent people orientation, leadership and management skills are requiered.
In this role you will lead the local HR processes (compensation, legislation, recruitment, development, training and others) and all the new challenges in a new Division focused on getting the best digital talent. You will be reporting to the Mining Tag’s General Manager and represent the team in front of the Regional Excelence Center.

Ensure that we have a strong pipeline of internal talent performing in their current roles and capable and motivated to develop into new roles in the company.
Strengthen leadership to make sure we have leaders who actively work with People Management in order to create lasting results.
Ensure a lean and agile organizational design with the skills needed now and in the future.-
Promote a learning culture with continuous development and growth
Set and drive a compensation and benefits strategy including driving the regional pay adjustments and yearly performance calibrations
Safeguard labor relations
Alignment of policies, processes etc. with Regional HR Managers/HR Managers colleagues
Be a role-model for the digital and data-driven way of working
– Lead in diversity and inclusion across the region/entity
Educational Requirements and Experience
Organizational development processes.
Knowledge of local HR standards, procedures and legal related topics.
Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement.
Experience of working with SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HR systems is highly desirable
Experience aligning global HR strategies and goals with local HR plans and standards
Experience working with legal matters.
Experience of HR transformation initiatives including digitalization and automation
Experience in compensation analysis and calculation
