The HR Coordinator is responsible for ensuring data integrity of all HR systems and files. This position is critical to the company’s need to maintain accurate and compliant personnel data, and execute HR tasks in a timely manner such as: employee onboarding/offboarding, personnel changes, Employee Service Center (ESC) inquiries, and HR Compliance. An HR Coordinator may be assigned a specific area of focus but asked to step in and support any team as needed.

What You’ll Do
Responsible for the timely and successful onboarding of all employees to include: background checks, onboarding paperwork, etc.
Process all personnel changes with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring required approvals are documented, changes are made, and all necessary documentation is filed
Create and track IT tickets communicating the status or following up as needed until completed
Maintain personnel files ensuring compliance, consistency, and organization
Pull employee files when requested by legal or other HR business partners when requested.
Complete all employment verifications that come through
Complete unemployment claims and verifications of employment
Responsible for the timely and successful offboarding of all employees to include gathering necessary exit details and documentation, coordinating with payroll, processing data change, sending offboarding details to employee, etc.
Respond to all inquiries as assigned received via multiple communication channels (emails, slack, phone calls, ticketing) in a professional, timely, and customer focused manner
Manages and oversees all Compliance Posters for company: including order posters new locations, closing down locations, ordering replacements, and managing new year audit and order
Assisting employees with UKG Dimensions time card issues as well as processing historical time card edits that have been authorized by Human Resources Business Partner.
Stay informed on various initiatives throughout the organization and know where to find answers to questions in order to provide accurate and useful responses to employee inquires
