To further strengthen our team located in Chile our HR Consultant will look to implement the organization’s Human Resource Strategy in the region. Help to increase and achieve current and future business objectives as Marel continues to grow in our industry.
On a daily basis, you will:
Provide first-level advice to managers and staff on all aspects of human resources management, employment law and company policies and procedures in Chile, Argentina, Uruguay and Peru;
Supporting the line management and employees within the policy boundaries and legislation, and handling HR tasks on a daily basis;
Responsible for realizing HR goals that support the business and that are in line with the Company’s mission, vision, and strategy, to contribute to the continuous improvement of the organization;
Manage and implement systems and processes to support an effective HR service, this may include some or all of the following:
Administer all contracts and letters related to an employee’s employment;
Manage benefits administration and staff entitlements;
Co-ordinate and liaise with payroll and ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner;
Build strong working relationships at all levels to influence and engage staff.
You will work in a team with experienced coworkers in Latam and Europe.
To become the ultimate specialist, capable of performing with internal customers and employees, we also schedule time for:
Training to prepare you for the daily activities ;
Regular meetings with your manager and the team;
Regular meetings with your Key Internal clients of Marel.

To be successful as a HR Consultant:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in the field of Human Resource Management and / or Business Administration;
Strong English skills, both written and verbal.
