What you’ll do. In Partner with the Senior HR Business Partner you will: Implement, designing and monitor human resource programs and policies to best achieve the organization’s objectives .
Drive change through working in the execution of Talent Management multiple programs which may include Speaker Series, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee and Talent Engagement and Assessments.
Provide guidance Consultation to Hiring Managers management to drive successful talent management programs.
Developing and maintaining a diverse workforce; and maintaining human resource information systems.
Overseeing the implementation of human resource policies.
Developing and administering compensation and benefits programs
Maintaining human resource information systems.
Typical areas of responsibility include anticipating and planning for long-term human resource needs and trends; ensuring that current employees have the necessary skills for future requirements.
What experience you need
4+ years of experience in the Human Resources field
4+ years of experience developing and evaluating human resource programs based on business strategies and human capital needs
4+ years experience developing and administer compensation and benefits programs
Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both English and Spanish, spoken and written, B2+

Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, , particularly with spreadsheets
Ability to adopt a client-based approach and to tactfully manage sensitive situations
Experience developing work plans for short-term assignments of moderate complexity
