📝 Role Description
We are seeking Freelance Headhunters to join our international team. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying and attracting qualified talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and submitting at least 3 valid resumes per week into our recruitment system.

🎯 Responsibilities
Publish job postings and attract candidates in your local market.
Source, screen, and select qualified candidates.
Submit a minimum of 3 valid resumes weekly.
Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations.
Maintain regular communication with Project Managers and Training Specialists.

✅ Requirements
Previous experience in recruitment or headhunting (preferred).
Access to effective recruitment channels.
Availability and commitment to meet deliverables.
Intermediate to advanced English skills.
Personal computer and a stable working environment.
Mandatory: Must currently be living in one of the listed countries

💰 Payment Scheme
$10 USD per valid resume (approved by PM).
$15 USD per completed interview (one-time payment).
Additional commission for hired candidates (after client payment).
Monthly settlements: service fees from the 1st to the 31st are paid before the 15th of the following month.
