The Executive Compensation Associate Manager will be part of our global compensation team for design and communicates total reward policies, programs and initiatives aligned to the long-term HR strategy and business goals. Involve reviewing the entire comp. admin cycle which has multiple workstreams/processes and working to identify modifications needed. Experience in executive compensation or compensation committees is a plus.
Responsibilities:
The Executive Compensation Associate Manager will support executive compensation and planning activities. This role will assist with activities related to:
Fall process project management – Obtaining availability, organizing and booking calls, project plan management and maintenance.
Compensation, Culture and People Committee of the Board material preparation – working with the team to ensure the agendas and materials are prepared for board meetings, part of the role is scheduling-related and coordination of activities at the Senior Leadership level
Compensation tool support – making requisite changes to the compensation tool as needed
Compensation administration for Global Management Committee including support of compensation benchmarking, on-cycle and off-cycle compensation administration and compensation analysis

Requisitos
Education
University degree/ Bachelor’s Degree
Advanced level of English (written and oral)
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years overall
2-3 years of previous experience either in HR/Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits or in an Executive Support capacity
