Role Objectives
As the Director of People, you will have a significant impact on shaping our
company’s culture, streamlining our structure, and developing compensation
frameworks that align seamlessly with our strategic objectives. In addition, you will play
a key role in attracting top talent, bringing in individuals with specific skill sets that will
contribute to our company’s success.

Responsibilities
● Lead efforts to drive cultural transformation within the organization, fostering a
vibrant and inclusive work environment that aligns with our commitments and
purpose.
● Review and revise the organizational structure to support our growth and
optimize operational efficiency.
● Design and define compensation frameworks that are fair, and reflective of our
strategic goals, ensuring a rewarding and motivating work environment.
● Oversee talent attraction initiatives to attract top-tier candidates across a wide
range of roles, promoting diversity and inclusivity.
● Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to
enhance the skills and capabilities of our team members.
● Collaborate closely with the executive team to maximize their performance and
support their leadership development.
● Manage the company’s Foundation and Impact initiatives, ensuring alignment
with our values and strategic objectives.
● Foster strong relationships with employees, acting as a trusted advisor and
resource for their professional growth and well-being.
● Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
related to HR and people management.
● Prepare reports and presentations on people-related metrics and KPIs for the
CEO and Board of Directors.
Competencies
Qualifications for this position
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are advantageous.
● Proven experience in a senior HR or people management role, preferably in a
high-growth and fast-paced environment.
● In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits strategies, HR policies, and
legal compliance requirements.
● Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change and implementing best
practices in talent attraction, retention, and development.
● Experience managing the Foundation and Impact initiatives is a plus.
● Full proficiency in English, written and spoken.
