Xometry is seeking a dedicated Contract Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. You will play a pivotal role in sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier sales talent for our expanding operations in both the United States and Argentina. This recruiter may be pulled into working on other non-technical or technical roles within the organization as needed. This will be a 3-6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own the entire recruitment process for sales positions, from sourcing to offer presentation.
Talent Sourcing: Leverage a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify highly qualified sales candidates.
Candidate Assessment: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with Xometry. Utilize assessment tools and techniques to ensure optimal candidate selection.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates to maintain a positive candidate experience and build a robust talent pipeline.
Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their specific talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Data-Driven Insights: Provide regular reports and analysis to support data-driven decision-making and inform recruitment strategies.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other members of the recruitment team to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure a cohesive approach.
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for US-based companies.
Fluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects effectively.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social recruiting platforms.
Strong knowledge of common human resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Suite.
