Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination.
Conduct candidate screening and assist with scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups.
Track hiring metrics
HR Operations & Reporting
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and reports.
Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate data collection.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (documentation, systems access, compliance checklists).
Monitor HR policies and ensure consistency across the organization.
People & Culture Support
Collect and analyze HR-related data (turnover, engagement, PTO usage).
Assist in rolling out HR initiatives such as climate surveys, performance reviews, and learning opportunities.
Provide day-to-day HR support to team members with empathy and discretion.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of HR, People Operations, or Recruitment experience (startup or professional services preferred).
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with HRIS or ATS tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.
