They are planning to making +12 hires over the next year, growing team out significantly. It’s a startup, async and fully remote, looking for someone who will lead recruitment efforts.

Requirements

• Working as main or only recruiter in a tech startup (less than 50 people)
• Worked remotely for the last few years
• Reported directly to executive or founder
• Proficiency with any ATS
• Strong experience with sourcing and hunting (inbound and outbound)

Plus

• Worked in gaming industry
• Familiar with board games, specifically Settlers of Catan

Salary: $2000-$2500 USD / month
