Healthcare Recruiter Remoto

This is a work from home opportunity, and we are seeking remote Healthcare Recruiter in Argentina.

Our client is a staffing organization with extensive experience recruiting professionals in the healthcare sector.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm PST

Requirements

• 3+ years of prior healthcare staffing industry required (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Solid experience in using recruitment tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, other job boards)
• Solid experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365
• Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent)
• Must be outgoing, adaptable, and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle recruitment process for the hiring of contract and direct hire employees for Nursing and Allied Health jobs with our clients throughout the US
• Identify, engage, and recruit candidates utilizing our ATS, social media, job boards, proprietary databases, industry associations, universities, and candidate referrals
• Contact and screen prospective candidates to assess skills and determine potential job matches
• Manage candidate and job order information in JobDiva (ATS)
• Work closely with KMG team members located in the US and LATAM
