Our services include team augmentation, managed development services, and Development Center establishment and management in Europe for US-based technology companies.

🔎Responsibilities:

• Full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to closing top technical talents, while hiring for various levels across the company – with a special focus on Tech/Engineering roles on a global scale
• Leverage creative sourcing strategies to build ongoing pipelines of qualified active and passive candidates on a global scale
• Track and report on talent acquisition metrics to articulate progress against hiring demand
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to inform recruiting decisions and drive ongoing improvements
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and implement initiatives to ensure all touch points in the recruitment process positively contribute towards this for all candidates
• Use ATS to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process – We use Zoho suite so previous experience would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.

🎯 Requirements

• You have 2-4 years of experience in technical recruiting, particularly in the SaaS industry.
• Prior experience with hiring backend engineers, ideally JS, Ruby on Rails, .Net engineers
• Prior experience hiring in Argentina and the EU remote
• A basic understanding of software development terminology
• Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work autonomously while seen as a great team player
• The desire to develop in a competitive environment based on an “all you can learn” culture and support
